Civil engineer (m/f/d)
Site management, civil works
For our civil works and fibre sites, we are looking for a site manager who keeps on top of everything on the ground: you direct our crews, coordinate with clients and authorities, and make sure measurement, invoicing and documentation are right.
Your responsibilities
- You manage our civil works, utility construction and fibre rollout sites on the ground.
- You direct our crews and plan staff, equipment and materials.
- You coordinate with clients, network operators, authorities and subcontractors, for example on permits and traffic orders.
- You keep an eye on schedules, quality and costs.
- You handle measurement and invoicing.
- You ensure thorough documentation: site diary, photo documentation and acceptance inspections.
- You look after health and safety and traffic management.
What you bring
- A degree in civil engineering (Bachelor's, Master's or Diplom) or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in civil works, utility construction or fibre rollout is a plus.
- Knowledge of VOB, measurement and invoicing is an advantage.
- You enjoy organising, keep track even across several sites and come across confidently.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in NRW and other federal states.
- Good written and spoken German.

Master craftsman (m/f/d)
Civil works or road construction
For our civil works, utility construction and road construction sites, we are looking for a master craftsman (Meister) in civil works or road construction who leads on site and gets stuck in: you lead our crews, ensure clean workmanship and are the point of contact right there on site.
Your responsibilities
- You lead our crews on site and allocate work, equipment and materials.
- You ensure professional workmanship in civil works, utility construction and road construction, from excavation to the finished surface.
- You look after health and safety and traffic management.
- You prepare measurements and daily reports and document construction progress.
- You coordinate with our site management, clients and subcontractors.
- You instruct staff and pass on your knowledge.
What you bring
- Master craftsman's certificate (Meisterbrief) in civil works or road construction, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in civil works, utility construction or road construction.
- Experience leading crews is a plus.
- Knowledge of measurement and VOB is an advantage.
- Category B driving licence and willingness to work on sites in NRW and other federal states.
- Good written and spoken German.
